Office Administrator, Full Time

Skills & Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and organize member and client documents.

  • Assist SCG members with company meetings, tasks, emails, and in-person communication with new and old clients.

  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments

  • Preparing and verifying SCG loan documents for accuracy for current and new clients.

  • Review and scan all final title documents, loan documents, borrower statements, etc.

  • Prepare all in house requests for new and renewed loan documentations.

  • Process all routine payment and advance transactions for loan records when required.

  • Maintain a trusting relationship and constant communication with members and clients.

  • Monitor and manage office environment.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
